(10 Jan 1818) !Birth: In the notes of Lillian (Gosman) Briggs, I also found a hand-written note reading: "NY Gazette: Jan 10, 1818 Julia Ann Case b." In the 1880 census, her son David R. Briggs lists his mother's birth place as Ireland. But her daughter, Adelaide (Addie) Hutchins gives her mother's birth place as New York.
