Possible burial: There is a grave in the cemetery on N. Dennis Rd. at Follins Pond, in Yarmouth, "the smallpox cemetery", for a John Eldredge, d. 1797 January 6, age 54. This age matches (well, we would have turned 54 in one month). However, I rather doubt this is him. Our John Eldridge lived in/near Truro, not Yarmouth, and another separate Eldredge clan populated the area around Yarmouth. I have not located any possible grave for him in the Truro/Eastham vicinity either. I think there is a good chance he might have relocated to the Bucksport, Maine area.
