The information about William Barrow, wife, and son came from George Erwin Howell. Research on this branch was actually done by his cousin who lives in Washington, but I don't have her name at this time.
The father of William Barrow is not known. However, I found this record in the Carnegie Library:
John Barrow, son of Edward and Elizabeth Barrow, was born 20 Feb 1729
at Farnham Parish, Richmond Co., Virginia.
This looks VERY much like a sibling, and thus the connection to his father, as shown here.
